  The whole team there has been AMAZING!!!! we move in April 1st. The whole team answered any questions and I mean any and we annoyed them I'm sure but I cant speak highly enough about the team we are happy to call this home

  Do NOT rent through them. I never missed rent, I cleaned up after myself, followed the rules, left my apartment in good conditions when I left. I made sure to give proper notice and moved out ON MY MOVE OUT DATE. And I just received something in the mail from collections from this apartment complex for almost $3,000. The reason I got was I broke my lease early. I DID NOT BREAK MY LEASE EARLY. I have emails showing that I was moved out on my date. Do better Carastone.

  These people are lying hypocrites. Mr. I drive a old broke down R8 to keep his car covered in the parking area that’s only supposed to be for washing your car during this whole ice in the winter storm but the rest of us smucks driving a Toyota or a Honda has to sit here and scrape the ice off our cars. They sent that multiple emails saying oh don’t park here but these been parked there for over a month. I get a letter threatening to get my car towed because it had a flat tire because my tire had to be ordered so it took a while but not if you’re driving a Porsche or a work van! Your car gets to be broke down for years in the same spot. They also don’t care about the safety of their community with all this ice because how have you not yet put salt on the sidewalks that is nothing but ice. They also sent an email about dog poop, but there’s been this giant dog turd outside of the apartment by the stairs, has been there for at least a month. Let’s not forget to mention the safety of this place because there is none cars have gotten broken into and vandalized. There was a police presence that had a whole apartment police taped up and standing outside. What in the world happened there? My wife was walking our dog and some random guy was hiding in the bushes so now she has to walk the dog in this “gated” apt with protection because the guy didn’t even live there and scared the life out of her.

  Great customer service. Excellent attention to detail. While we went with another community based on personal/work needs, I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for apartments in the South Charlotte area. Brittany is amazing!
