  Repeated thefts have been happening in Ashford community, yet there is no noticeable improvement in security. It’s frustrating and concerning for residents who expect a safe living environment. Management needs to take accountability and implement stronger security measures instead of ignoring ongoing issues. This situation cannot continue.

  ⭐ 1 Star – Do Not Recommend I lived in this community for several years, and my experience declined significantly over time. There were ongoing pest issues, including roaches and mice, especially in buildings closer to the trash areas. Despite multiple complaints, the problem was never fully resolved. Maintenance responses were often delayed or incomplete. The property upkeep is very poor. The trash compactor frequently breaks down, landscaping is not properly maintained, and common areas like the gym often have unpleasant odors and are overcrowded. Safety is also a concern. There were incidents in the neighborhood involving theft and disturbances, which made me feel uncomfortable. Noise from nearby businesses and dumpsters can also be disruptive, especially at night. Additionally, the apartments themselves are outdated, and some fixtures and amenities feel neglected. Even small details, like the grills and shared spaces, are not well maintained. Communication with management was frustrating. It was often difficult to reach the office, and issues were not handled with urgency or professionalism. Overall, what may appear to be a decent place at first glance does not reflect the reality of living here long-term. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this property to do thorough research before signing a lease.

  If you’re seeking security, Ashford is not a recommended option. They lack security cameras, and unfortunately, three thefts have occurred in the past month. Despite our repeated complaints, the situation remains unresolved..

  Really bad at answering the phone smh what are yall in the office doing & need to update that they are not open on Monday drove a hour away thinking the property was open just for it to be closed when website says Monday 10-6pm 💆🏽‍♀️
