  I’ve lived at Franklin Woods Apartments in Chapel Hill for the past three years as a grad student, and it’s been a great experience overall. This was an ideal place to live - the environment is calm, the location is convenient, and the property is always clean and well-maintained. The grounds are consistently well-manicured, which makes a noticeable difference day to day. The leasing office staff has also been great with communication and support whenever needed. The maintenance team has been a highlight as well - especially Hector. He’s responsive, friendly, and very personable, and he’s played a big role in enhancing my overall experience here at Franklin Woods.

  I am absolutely thrilled with my new home! Moving here all the way from Italy was a huge step, and I couldn't have asked for a smoother transition. The management team—Lucy, Chania, and Rosalie—has been incredibly supportive and welcoming from day one. They truly went above and beyond to make me feel at home; since I was moving from abroad, they were so kind and patient, even offering a hand with my luggage and ensuring my internet was set up and ready before I even walked in. Every interaction has been positive and constructive. They are always available and genuinely focused on helping out. Plus, the location is unbeatable: having the bus stop right in front of the building makes it so easy to get around. It’s rare to find such a caring and professional team. I’m so happy with my choice and highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great home and even better management!

  I’ve had a great experience at Franklin Woods, especially working with Rosalie and Chania. Both of them took the time to answer all of my questions, talk through different options with me, and follow up when they said they would. Rosalie really went out of her way to explore possibilities and see what could work best for our situation. I really appreciated how thoughtful and thorough she was throughout the process. Overall, the leasing office has been professional, responsive, and easy to work with. I’m very grateful for their help.

  Chaniya was great when she gave us a tour! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience enjoyable. We really appreciated how she answered all our questions and made us feel welcome.
