  Management (Maria) was very friendly and helpful during the leasing process and our move which was tricky due to back to back winter storms. Jhonny and Mario were quick and responsive in getting our apartment ready despite the unusual circumstances.

  Do Not rent from this company! They constantly tow paying renters' vehicles. You wake up to no vehicle @$250 tow charge and the office staff DO NOT CARE! They do not have LEGAL handicap parking. Do not try to get anything delivered, the address is so crazy that your deliveries are 80% of the time at someone else's door.

  VERY DISAPPOINTED don’t live here if you don’t want your car towed I’ve lived here here for 3 years and had my car towed multiple times WITH NO WARNING when I call the office they don’t seem to care even though I’m 9 months pregnant and they towed in the middle of the night I could get to work or take my other kids to school but they let a car with 2 flat tires and expire tags sit there for 2YEARS and then put a red tag on it and gave warning that it would be towed . They said it’s not their problem and said I’d just have to pay the 230$ to get it out how is that policy fair ?

  Unsafe environment, rampant car break-ins, zero accountability from management, extreme inflexibility regarding residents concerns. I’m writing this review to strongly caution any potential renters about the critical safety failures and deeply troubling management practices at this complex. The number one concern here is safety, which is nonexistent. The property has experienced multiple car breaks -in recently, including an accident where my brand new vehicle was targeted and broken into . This is not a random occurrence; it is a persistent, documented security failure that management has consistently failed to address with any meaningful action or increased security measures. Residents are left entirely on their own to manage the resulting stress and financial loss . The reason from the manager and leasing staff regarding these ongoing safety threats has been shockingly poor. They refuse to take any accountability for residents safety or property security. Our concerns were repeatedly dismissed, and management treated the serious issues of rampant theft with frustration apathy. They make it clear that the safety of your vehicle and property is entirely your burden, not theirs. When I attempted to terminate my lease just once early due to the immediate safety threats and fear of futher damage, management refused to offer any flexibility or compromise whatsoever, insisting on full contractual adherence despite the demonstrably unsafe living conditions they have failed to rectify. This demonstrates a complete lack of compassion and an absolute priority on profit over residents well-being. If you value the security of your vehicles or property, and expect professional, responsive management, you absolutely must look everywhere. This complex provides an unsafe environment and its management refuse to acknowledge or correct the underlying issues. I would not recommend this property to anyone.
