  Unsafe environment, rampant car break-ins, zero accountability from management, extreme inflexibility regarding residents concerns. I’m writing this review to strongly caution any potential renters about the critical safety failures and deeply troubling management practices at this complex. The number one concern here is safety, which is nonexistent. The property has experienced multiple car breaks -in recently, including an accident where my brand new vehicle was targeted and broken into . This is not a random occurrence; it is a persistent, documented security failure that management has consistently failed to address with any meaningful action or increased security measures. Residents are left entirely on their own to manage the resulting stress and financial loss . The reason from the manager and leasing staff regarding these ongoing safety threats has been shockingly poor. They refuse to take any accountability for residents safety or property security. Our concerns were repeatedly dismissed, and management treated the serious issues of rampant theft with frustration apathy. They make it clear that the safety of your vehicle and property is entirely your burden, not theirs. When I attempted to terminate my lease just once early due to the immediate safety threats and fear of futher damage, management refused to offer any flexibility or compromise whatsoever, insisting on full contractual adherence despite the demonstrably unsafe living conditions they have failed to rectify. This demonstrates a complete lack of compassion and an absolute priority on profit over residents well-being. If you value the security of your vehicles or property, and expect professional, responsive management, you absolutely must look everywhere. This complex provides an unsafe environment and its management refuse to acknowledge or correct the underlying issues. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

  I’ve been living at PineGate Apartments for about two and a half weeks now and it’s been a pretty good experience overall! Abria in the leasing office has been really helpful, staying in touch and helping resolve any issues. Maria, the owner, has also been very responsive. There were a few minor issues upon move-in, but Mario from maintenance took care of them quickly, and Abria also kept in contact to make sure everything was resolved. The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and I feel comfortable here. Thanks to Abria, Maria, and Mario!

  We live here for 3 months now and i can say that it is a safe place. We are a family with small kids and they have playground and swimming pool that is very convenient from my apartment. Maria and her team are very responsive. Also with the maintenance team. Last time they organized a back to school swimming party and the management grilled some hamburgers and hotdogs with chips, popsicles and cupcakes that the kids really enjoyed. Overall i can say that we are happy that we found this place as our first apartment here in NC

  So far, I’m having a great experience living here! The leasing process was very quick and easy. Excellent service from Ms. Maria, who explained everything clearly and made the entire application process smooth and simple. The area is great, and both the apartment and the community are in great condition. Highly recommend!
