- DSDanielle SchmidtOct 31, 20255.0This is the best run complex I’ve ever lived in! The hospitality staff go above and beyond to make amenities clean, modern, and well maintained. Maintenance requests are handled same day most of the time and everyone is so friendly. Morgan greets me by name every time she sees me and is so fun at events. They also have fun monthly socials likes pumpkin painting and pool parties, which are so awesome. It’s also an amazing location, super commutable to UNC and next to the chapel hill library and grocery stores. Highly recommend!

- SJSami JNov 12, 20243.0I toured this apartment and was able to get some information that may be helpful to others. The apartments were nice enough and close to UNC hospital. Price was affordable. There were a couple of red flags 1) During the tour, the staff didn't seem prepared for my visit even though i had filled out an info form. They did a poor job showing what was available and sent a link to apply for an apartment. I had a few more questions and it was impossible to get through to the staff. I called multiple times over days, left voicemails. Nothing. I ended up booking an appointment for another tour with my partner on a Saturday and the office was closed and no staff in sight. I had received no messages that the appointment wouldn't be honored. It made me wonder how they handle issues residents have. 2) For professionals, because of the convenient location and price there'll be a lot of students. This isn't necessarily a problem and depends on the person however if you tour during the week you may not get a full view of the resident demographic
