I especially want to thank Rosalie — she went above and beyond to assist me throughout the entire leasing process. She was patient, responsive, and always willing to answer my questions, no matter how small. Her clear communication and warm attitude made everything smooth and stress-free. Because of her support, moving in has been a very positive experience. I truly appreciate her outstanding service and kindness. Highly recommend Franklin Woods, and a big thank-you again to Rosalie! ❤️

- ISInes SantanaMar 3, 20203.0Non resident opinion. Stars are based of service and information given to us. I set up an appointment beforehand to see the place. The staff seemed surprised we were there and didn't seem pleased. They told us they didn't get alerted we were coming...ok, fine. They looked it up in their system and found us. We had to prompt them for details about the complex, they weren't very forth coming with information and just very sort of silent. They gave us an envelope with the "information" in it. So it left us very underwhelmed. When prompted They said they don't have a gym at this location though they said we would get a pass and could use another location of theirs. The pool is very small although they didn't show it to us we just quickly saw it from the outside on the way to the office. The location is very nice with lots of shopping. Limited parking. Feels a bit claustrophobic. Seems maybe more for students, we are a family of three. We were shown the sample apartment accessed from within the office. Pretty basic and small. I think this would be a great option for singles, couples without a family or roommates. Underwhelming sums it up. For more stars an actual tour of the complex in addition to the model apt in the office would have been nice. Just a tad of enthusiasm or maybe at least a welcome would've been cool.
