  Overall very nice place. The new portal system is a disaster. No problem with the old system for 3-4years

  Living there for 2 years was OK. Very expensive for what you got, but all in all that’s whatever. I moved out this past May and was happy to leave it at that. Then I realized my name was still on the electric bill even though I stopped living there. I was charged for 3 months while not living there and Environs wouldn’t reimburse me. Totally non responsive to any inquiries, it’s like no one works there. I ended up just paying it because I couldn’t be bothered to keep chasing them. I was moving on. Then last week I got a notification that they sent me to collections for $275. Not once did they contact me that I owed them anything. Could hardly even get them on the phone to talk about what they owe me and now months later with no warning they send a $275 bill to collections on me? They are never getting that money, because it’s not even about the money at this point. They’re a horribly mismanaged property, and I’d never recommend anyone sign a lease with them. Maybe they’ll see this review and finally contact me.
