- RRRoseSep 19, 20255.0This place has been my saving grace . After moving out of a 3000sq ft home - to a place of peace . I embrace my 697sq ft “healing walls” Divorce is life changing when you’re in your 60s I wish I could live here forever - but I know this isn’t realistic . One day I will move out and buy a house I feel especially grateful to be walking distant to the Carolina forest ( practically my backyard from unit 803 ) where I can unwind the stressors of the day with a “woods walk”. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. Haven’t had to deal with management but only once - to tighten up a loose board on my deck . They were very receptive . I am happy to be here .

- SMswag moneyJul 11, 20252.0I lived here for two years and did not have a good experience with management from start to finish. After I first signed the lease they told me they “lost” our application and lease and we would need to apply again. Then, one and a half years later they told us they “lost” our second lease agreement (an electronically signed document) six months into it and cancelled our autopay and then tried to charge us a late fee when they physically rejected our payment. It was impossible to change the bank account in the renter portal which led to missing payment and being charged a late fee AGAIN. We’ve also had a maintenance man come into our apartment without a request only to say after 10 minutes “whoops, wrong unit.” We’ve also put in multiple requests to fix our insanely loud and squeaky dryer and each time they’ve said it was fine and didn’t resolve the issue. The pool shouldn’t even be listed as an amenity. Out of the two years I’ve lived here we’ve had access to the pool for maybe three weeks. And for part of that time we still couldn’t get in the water, we were only able to sit in the chairs around it. Of the 20+ times I’ve called the leasing office someone has answered the phone maybe once or twice. There were days I called 3-5 times in one day during their business hours and got nothing but a TEXT or email the next day. The apartments are okay themselves but the hassle of dealing with the unprofessionalism of the team is what ultimately convinced me to find a different home.
