- RRRoseSep 19, 20255.0This place has been my saving grace . After moving out of a 3000sq ft home - to a place of peace . I embrace my 697sq ft “healing walls” Divorce is life changing when you’re in your 60s I wish I could live here forever - but I know this isn’t realistic . One day I will move out and buy a house I feel especially grateful to be walking distant to the Carolina forest ( practically my backyard from unit 803 ) where I can unwind the stressors of the day with a “woods walk”. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. Haven’t had to deal with management but only once - to tighten up a loose board on my deck . They were very receptive . I am happy to be here .

They are very short in conversation and doesn’t really seem to want to resolve issues. I can’t wait to leave this place! Do not live here you have been warned! Great for the price but the headache that comes with it is not worth it!
