Pretty decent overall. Decent pricing for what it's worth for the area, though I haven't been around long enough to see any price hikes. Maintenance is usually quick and there are regular infestation checks. Support/management seems responsive the few times I have needed to reach out. My only real complaint is the place is obviously constructed quite poorly. Prolific trim/edging gaps, crooked and misaligned features, and a paint job that I'm pretty sure the preschoolers down the street could do better. Though it's mostly aesthetic and I've honestly seen worse, it leaves a little to be desired. Good place if you don't mind it looking a little shoddy, which judging from other places I've searched is a decent enough deal. There are nicer places for $1400+ but for just over $1200 these have been relatively nice to live in and are well worth it.

I miss living here. Great management, responsive and quick maintenance, well maintained facilities. I live in chapel hill now for school and the way I MISS WoodCreek is absolutely insane. I was really spoiled here for sure.

I have had a wonderful experience living at this apartment complex. The management team (Giselle and Jack) is always professional, approachable, and quick to address any concerns. They go above and beyond to make residents feel valued and well taken care of. The maintenance team (Sergio and Troy) is equally impressive. They respond promptly to requests, handle repairs efficiently, and always do so with a friendly attitude. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about keeping the community in excellent condition. The combination of great management and a reliable maintenance crew makes living here stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-managed, well-maintained home!

**Please read** I waited a long time before writing this because I wanted to give an accurate rating for those who are looking for an apartment. This was genuinely the best apartment I've ever lived in and probably ever will. The property manager, Giselle is welcoming, professional, kind and knowledgeable. The maintenance team is amazing and they are the only maintenance team I've ever felt comfortable letting into my apartment without me being there. They are quick, efficient, kind and very funny. This complex is in a safe quiet neighborhood but still close to everything that I needed. I lived here alone for the first time and I was really scared but I couldn't have picked a better apartment. I always felt safe and I knew I could rely on the staff if I ever needed anything. I lived here for about a year and have since moved out of the state. My experience moving in, living there and even after moving out has been great. I received my security deposit yesterday for the full amount I was expecting which is the last thing I was waiting for to write this review because I know getting that back sometimes takes time or never happens. If you are looking to move to the Raleigh area, I highly recommend renting here!! Thank you to all the staff for being so amazing!!

Such a poor experience Between getting the run around, dealing with pest like roaches and moving into a place that was filthy-pictures and email for proof I would NOT recommend this property Not to mention in the 6 months I leased form the place they've had 2 people from their resident team leave, meaning new untrained misinformed employees only made matters worse worse! Giselle was unprofessional they will scam you out of money. Beware! Also I have emails as proof of lack of communication
