I lived at this apartment complex for four years and resided in three different units during that time. Unfortunately, many of the same issues followed me regardless of the unit.
While my move-out process was ultimately resolved, that was only because the regional manager stepped in. The on-site management experience—particularly with Tracy—was consistently unhelpful and unkind. Communication was poor, concerns were often dismissed, and escalating issues felt like the only way to receive assistance.
Maintenance and living conditions were a recurring problem. My 4th floor units experienced multiple leaks, which ultimately contributed to the end of my lease. In addition, there was a persistent marijuana smell from the neighboring unit below me that was not adequately addressed and negatively impacted my health, especially my sinuses.
I received threats from neighbors and there was never a resolution or even support given from management.
The air conditioning systems were unreliable and frequently broke, with no long-term solutions provided. This issue occurred across all three units I lived in, suggesting a larger, ongoing problem rather than isolated incidents.
Over the years, I also observed concerning differences in how residents were treated. There appeared to be patterns in who received patience, flexibility, and support from management and who did not, which was disappointing to witness as a long-term resident.
After four years of paying rent and attempting to work through these concerns, I expected better communication, accountability, and consistency. While I appreciate the regional manager’s professionalism, day-to-day management is what residents experience—and that is where this property consistently fell short.
Prospective residents should ask detailed questions about maintenance history, management responsiveness, and how ongoing issues are handled before signing a lease.
Susan was extraordinary throughout the time! I felt close to her and heard! Miss her most here.
The staff here is wonderful, the property and apartments are beautiful, the amenities are unmatched, and the location is great. I was really sad to move because it had so much potential to be a perfect home.
Unfortunately, the humidity and moisture issues made it unlivable. After only two weeks, everything I owned smelled like mildew and my asthma was flaring. It wasn’t just my unit or my AC, it’s an acknowledged problem with the building’s construction, and it won’t be safe until the entire system is replaced. Leaking ceilings are also a recurring problem in many units.
Management did refund my rent and covered a hotel for a short time, which I appreciated, but it doesn’t change the fact that the environment was unhealthy. If these issues are ever fully fixed, it would be an amazing place to live. Until then, I can’t recommend it.

One of the BEST Maintenance Staffs I’ve ever dealt with. Professional, friendly, and always there when I’ve needed them. Can’t say enough about the QUALITY & AVAILABILITY of the Maintenance Staff for Town Station Lofts. I would recommend my Community to anyone, at any age. At 67, I feel safe, secure and couldn’t be happier with my choice to make this my home. The security and comfort only made my choice a no-brainer. No bugs, no rodents, and I’ve never heard a neighbor, the walls are so thick. Quiet, when you’re inside your apartment, no outside noise when the windows are shut. Great insulation, electric bills low because of it. Spent months reading reviews before choosing TSL’s and everything I read was true. It’s a GREAT PLACE to live.
MOLD, mold and even more mold!!! I moved in here and was really sick and couldn’t understand why. From the exterior you can’t really tell what’s going on but after many leak in my apt come to find out there is so much mold behind the walls. Instead of taking care of the issue maintenance and office staff cover it up and make bandaid repairs. After moving out I was never sick and my health issues went away. Please do not move in here without doing a mold test and don’t be fooled by the exterior of the property. You can’t see it unless you look behind the drywall! The acs leak all summer long and break all the time. Be aware of this place and I hope this helps others looking for a place to live!

Tracy and her team, Susan and Pete are always kind, helpful and personable. I always enjoy my time when I stop-in the Office to speak with them.
