David, the newest maintenance team member, came to check on our heater after we submitted a work order two days ago. He fixed the unit outside and came back to tell us to let the system reset itself. Then as he was leaving, he asked if we needed anything else. We had two lightbulbs that needed replacing and he very quickly got them taken care of. Great guy and he did a great job!

Great neighborhood within walking distance to grocery, gym, restaurants and spa. Recently we had an issue with our dishwasher and as soon as they took a look the dishwasher was replaced within hours. David on the maintenance team is a super star and we appreciate him. Jay showed us our future home and was really great to work with as he just made everything easy.

The Aster is a welcoming community, and I initially visited to explore whether there was interest in or an opportunity to provide fitness programming or services as a personal trainer, particularly to help increase physical activity among residents who are not currently physically active. I had the opportunity to meet with Ms. Ivey, the Sales and Service Manager, who generously took the time to speak with me. She was pleasant, asked thoughtful questions, and was clear about her commitment to the well-being of the Aster residents. Ms. Ivey ensured that any services offered would need to align with the community’s needs. After a brief tour of the facility, Ms. Ivey mentioned that she would share my ideas with the Apartment Life team (Julian and Mary). True to her word, the following week, she sent me an email with Julian's contact details. I called Julian right away to share additional ideas and discuss whether my services would be a good fit for the Apartment Life team. Julian emphasized the importance of building a strong sense of community with the residents, which I wholeheartedly supported. To gain a better understanding of their events, I asked Julian if I could attend one of the programs they organize for the Aster community. He was happy to oblige and sent me the details. On Thursday, February 26, I attended the Superhero Trivia Night. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Mary, whom I hadn’t met before. She kindly showed me where the refreshments were and provided additional information about the event. Julian was busy preparing and serving refreshments to the attendees, and I had a brief chance to greet him. The turnout was impressive—about 26–30 people were present by the time I arrived. Mary invited me to join their trivia team, and once the trivia began, Julian joined us as well. The trivia itself was fun, with a Marvel and DC Comics theme, and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. From my brief visits, it’s clear that this diverse community is not only a great place to live but also has a lot to offer. My interactions with the staff were positive, and I had the chance to speak with several friendly residents. The event created a warm, family-friendly atmosphere that was truly enjoyable. We had David from The Aster’s maintenance team come by to fix our washer and dryer, and he was absolutely wonderful. He handled the repair quickly, was kind and friendly, and even came back two days later to make sure everything was still working perfectly. The Aster is lucky to have someone like David on their team! - Avis & Jaris

100/10 experience: I have lived at the Aster for 2 years. It has been an absolutely amazing experience. From the apartment tour to living experience, I have always been stunned with the care and kindness each Aster member afforded me. After graduating from college, I wanted to move into a community that was quieter/more mature but still full of neighbors and fun activities. This complex has done exactly that. I have NEVER HAD concerns or complaints regarding noise, cleanliness, responsiveness, maintence, professionalism, parking, guests, bugs, etc. My previous renting spaces have not been this nice, and it was such a breath of fresh air during my original tour. The Aster has tended to my every need- even when it’s not urgent. For example- I just recently had a maintaince worker come into my apartment to help me look at something. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND- after helping with my original request, he noticed that I had 6 bulbs out in my bathroom. I told him I never submitted a maintenance request because changing a light is something I can easily do and I didn’t want to bother maintaince. The worker was so kind and insisted he could change them all while he was there. He was in my apartment for a completely different reason and still chose to go the extra mile. He grabbed his ladder and had them changed in less than 3 minutes. He further assured me that if any other lights go out, that I should not hesitate to reach out as he said it was “his job”. I was beyond impressed. In addition, anything I need, I know I can reach out to the office, especially Jay! He was the leasing consultant who signed me on my apartment two years ago - and he still calls me by name. I highly recommend this complex to everyone!
