  If I could give a negative star, I would. Almost 3 months and my washing machine is still down. They won't do anything about it and they get their rent. Terrible

  RTP customer service is the worst experience that I have ever had to go through. The properties are nice but dealing with the customer service from RTP is the worst and that address that they have is incorrect. I have never dealt with some unprofessional people in my entire life, I can’t even turn my keys in because they won’t answer the phone.

  RTP properties is literally the Best rental property I’ve rented from. They respond fast if i ever have a issue. The company and staff really make renting a breeze.

  My experience with has been nothing but positive. The team is professional, responsive, and truly cares about their tenants. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and communication is always clear. I highly recommend them to anyone.

  I have been with RTP properties for about 2 yrs and the experience has been great. The staff is very professional and they really care for the tenants. I’m in a beautiful Lenoir Home, that was just built and I don’t plan on leaving for a very long time.
