  Alex was amazing! He really took his time to figure out what I needed and showed me a beautiful 2 bedroom apt overlooking the pool. The amenities were beautiful and the location is convenient. I highly recommend visiting and working with Alex.

  Preston Ridge Apartments has been a great place to live. The property is clean, safe, and well-managed, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly. Damon has been wonderful to work with — super friendly, professional, and always goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

  I’ve had such a wonderful experience living at Preston Ridge! The neighbors are wonderful, the amenities and apartments are great to enjoy. The staff at the front desk are great, and my pups especially love Alex! He makes sure to always have the treat jar full for them, and to always give them good scratches.

  Alex made the entire move-in and leasing process at Preston Ridge incredibly easy and stress-free. From the very beginning, he was professional, friendly, and always quick to answer any questions I had. He walked me through each step clearly and made sure everything was handled smoothly. What could’ve been overwhelming felt simple because of how organized and helpful he was. Thanks to Alex, moving into my new apartment was actually enjoyable. Highly recommend working with him if you’re looking for a place here!

  Absolutely gorgeous apartment and lovely incredible staff. However there have been reoccurring problems. The elevator breaks down all the time and for someone who lives on the top floor, it is pretty annoying. Also, a lot of parents here cannot parent their kids. I get “they are just kids” but that doesn’t mean you should have your child screaming and running up and down the lobby and hallways at night. Also people love to SPEED AND NOT STOP in the parking lot. Can’t tell you how many times other people and I have been almost taken out. Definitely needs some type of stop signs or speed bumps cause it is out of hand. Also there is only one mail room and has gotten so messy it is hard to find your packages. But also a lot of residents here have a problem picking up their packages so it is constantly full. Again, absolutely great staff though!
