  We had a wonderful tour of the apartment complex. The staff was extremely kind and took the time to answer all of our questions. The community itself is beautiful and truly took our breath away. Overall, it was a great experience, and we absolutely love the community.

  This apartment complex has a GREAT vibe. I love the environment ; I am the resident personal trainer and i am so appreciative of Jeanette. She cleans the gym and is so kind in conversation. It is a highlight in my workouts and with training individuals to speak to her even if a kind hello. She caters to the gym and disinfects EVERY thing! She truly is the backbone of Preston!!!!

  Took a tour with Sydney a yesterday and she was super helpful, very patient and considerate with the tour and any questions I had. The community looks absolutely amazing, especially the gym.

  The front desk team has been difficult to reach after the lease was signed. Attempts to contact the office through both email and phone have been largely unsuccessful. Emails often go unanswered, even after follow‑ups, and the voicemail inbox is consistently full, preventing messages from being left. In‑person visits to the office appear to be the only reliable way to speak with staff, though interactions are not always welcoming. The maintenance team is professional and courteous, but there is a noticeable communication gap between the front office and maintenance. As a result, work orders are not always relayed accurately, and some issues remain unresolved for extended periods, sometimes weeks. Overall, the lack of responsiveness and internal communication is unacceptable for the price being charged ($1,850 for 1B1B) and has made the living experience far more stressful than it should be.

They are professional, attentive, and responsive, always ensuring that residents’ needs are addressed promptly and with care. Their dedication to maintaining the community truly enhances the overall living experience. If you’re looking for a great community with outstanding management and a welcoming environment for both residents and pets, Preston Ridge Apartments is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!
