  BRAMPTON MOORS IS A WONDERFUL, DIVERSE AND PEACEFUL PLACE TO HANG YOUR HAT THE MAINTENANCE CREW AND OFFICE STAFF ARE A JOY TO WORK WITH AND A SPECIAL SHOUT OUT GOES TO CAROL SHE HAS THE PERFECT FRIENDLY PERSONALITY NEEDED FOR THIS PUBLIC ENVIRONMENT I DONT KNOW HOW MUCH SHE MAKES BUT ITS NOT ENOUGH

  Initially, I setup a tour for an apartment but the weather washed that away! This time, I drove up without a timeframe setup and Rich was happy and provided the best customer service! He walked me through two apartments and answered all of my questions and provided follow up instructions and communication. There’s a 100% possibility that I’ll be applying for an apartment at Brampton Moors Apartments soon! Rich is doing a great job and I was impressed!

  The staff at Brampton Moors are professional and responsive. After moving in, I experienced nighttime noise from a neighboring unit, and management assisted with transferring to another unit, which resolved the issue. Maintenance requests have been handled efficiently. Issues I reported, including sink staining and a blocked toilet, were addressed promptly, with appropriate repairs and replacements completed as needed. The community is generally quiet and well maintained. Management also hosts occasional community activities, such as a Thanksgiving dinner. Hoffman Lake is a nice feature of the property, especially in the spring, and adds to the overall living environment. As with any apartment community, issues can occur, but what matters is how they are handled. Based on my experience, Brampton Moors provides reliable management support and timely maintenance, making it a solid option for apartment seekers.

  My experience here has been great. I’d like to give a personal shoutout to Carol, Lynnwood & Antonio! They’ve always been consistently kind and have gone out of their way to just say hi and see how things are going. Life got a little rocky for a couple of months last year and they made went out of their way to make sure that I was doing okay and always assured me if I needed anything to reach out and I was confident if I did, things would get handled accordingly. As a young single woman, it’s refreshing to know that I can knowing come home to a stable, safe and quiet place to live. Within the past year, Brampton has done a spectacular job at getting in food trucks and having community events. One of my favorite things about living here is being so close to trails, I have a big lab with lots of energy and it’s great having different trails around to go to (including one on the property) while being so close to the city (25ish minutes). I’m beyond grateful for Brampton Moors and to all the staff that make this place feel like home 💖
