- TTTravisAug 29, 20255.0The staff there treated me like family. they are very helpful they took me and my family on a tour of the apartment, and we loved it the leasing agent Lee Ann was very respectful and caring she totally helped us today she totally deserves five stars for her work she really cares about the community

Regular community activities such as food trucks, holiday events, and other community building activities help neighbors get together. The office staff, Stacey, Carol, and LeeAnn do a great job and are always helpful. The maintenance staff, Jason, Linwood and Tony, also do a great job and are capable and professional. LeeAnn is the newest addition to the team, as a part-time leasing specialist. Like the other staff, she is friendly, upbeat, and helpful. Twice, recently, I called the office and talked to LeeAnn about general issues that were affecting residents. Both times, without hesitation, she came out and personally did what was needed, to resolve the issues, although it probably did not fall within her job description. I wanted to give her recognition for demonstrating exceptional customer service and going above and beyond to assist the residents.

Great energy, got ahead of any questions, knew all the pets, co-ordinates events and designs flyers, you name it. She’s doing a great job!
