- MGMeredith Gunter2 days ago5.0This has been a wonderful place to live. I always say I have the best apartment in the whole complex. Beautiful view of the lake right outside my patio door! I enjoy the walking trails for some exercise after work. The front office staff and events that they plan for our community are great. Carol has always been a tremendous help and my go to person in the office whenever I have any questions.

Regular community activities such as food trucks, holiday events, and other community building activities help neighbors get together. The office staff, Stacey, Carol, and LeeAnn do a great job and are always helpful. The maintenance staff, Jason, Linwood and Tony, also do a great job and are capable and professional. LeeAnn is the newest addition to the team, as a part-time leasing specialist. Like the other staff, she is friendly, upbeat, and helpful. Twice, recently, I called the office and talked to LeeAnn about general issues that were affecting residents. Both times, without hesitation, she came out and personally did what was needed, to resolve the issues, although it probably did not fall within her job description. I wanted to give her recognition for demonstrating exceptional customer service and going above and beyond to assist the residents.

Great energy, got ahead of any questions, knew all the pets, co-ordinates events and designs flyers, you name it. She’s doing a great job!
