  Wait a couple months more to book an apartment here. The place is under new management as of Jan/Feb 2026 and while the staff on site are very nice and as helpful as they can be, Crestline Cary as a company has been unable to get their online systems fully configured yet. Figuring out paying rent is tricky and no autopay available yet! Kind of frustrating so far.

  First impressions are important. I don’t understand why they would have someone with a condescending, know it all attitude working in their leasing office. His name is Bailey and he is the reason that I will not consider leasing from Crestline Cary. I came in for a tour of a 1 bed 2 bath apartment. I thought since their website said available, that meant that specific floorplan was available to tour. I live over an hour away so I was disappointed to find out they didn’t have any 1 bed 2 bath apartments available for me to tour. Bailey was not empathetic at all and said it happens at all apartment complexes. Also, it is obvious that some of what they show in their system is different than what we see online on their website. We started discussing 2 bed 2 bath options and Bailey assured me that the lowest price available was $1699. I told him I saw on their website some 2BR that were lower than that. He arrogantly assured me that was impossible, as the prices just dropped to $1699 and it definitely would not be lower. Well, I went back on their website while sitting there and sure enough there were two different 2 BR apartments lower than $1699. I asked to speak to his manager and he laughed and asked me if I wanted the number to corporate as well. The experience with Bailey was very off putting. I did wait for his manager to return and spoke to her about his attitude. I would think a potential new tenant would be treated with more respect.

  Crestline Cary is horrible, unprofessional and the lack of understanding of your own policy is beyond comprehension. Put in maintenance order - never came by, ask any questions - nope, they won’t have answers for you. I’ve been living here for 2 yrs because of the old management and will go somewhere else when my lease ends this year

  New management is horrible, Hawthorne ( shout out to Denise and Grace the old manager, they were incredible and kind ) was so much better before. New management doesn’t have any kind of leadership. Please save your money and go somewhere else if you’re looking to rent here.

  Such an amazing tour was given by Resha !! This place is beautiful and amazing!!! Amanda helped answer all my inquiring questions & the process was smooth !!
