Horrible customer service. Kathy is the leasing agent that was supposed to be assisting me and she doesn’t return my emails. Also they never answer the phone. The quality is bad. I will be reporting this to greystar

I moved into my apartment basically sight unseen. For 5 months the apartment has worked well. Sure it’s had its issues that needed to be repaired but what apartment don’t?! Now I have a need for a three bedroom apartment. Dany reached out to me via email while on vacation to make sure I was taken care of and responded to. I followed up with Kathy in office that Friday and she was aware of my situation. After going over details of the situation Kathy took the time to discuss the needs of my family and imo went above what most would do to help me get the best option to match my needs. Because of this it will save us money, headache and allow us to move on the timeline we need in the coming months. Dany even remembered the conversation I had with her a few months ago about my engagement when I stopped by today and asked how that went. There are alot of negative reviews and some mention these two ladies by name but I can personally say if you take the time to go see them and give a fair chance to help resolve your issues they will. We as clients, tenants often forget there is hundreds of us and only two to three people normally that’s trying to assist all of the current and upcoming residents. Thank you both for your kindness and assistance over the last several months!!

When I say don’t waste your time with this apartment complex please don’t do it I went in to inquire about an apartment and I have never met two people that was rude and unprofessional in my life especially when you’re inquiring about an apartment I felt rushed and brushed off also the eye rolls and attitude didn’t make it no better for me so if you’re looking for great help and customer service go elsewhere please if u could give zero stars I would

I am the lease holder of my apartment and would like to share my experience with both the apartment and the leasing office staff. In December 2025, during very cold weather, the heater in our apartment stopped working. It took maintenance 17 days to resolve the issue. During that time, the leasing office staff suggested that we keep the oven on at 450°F to heat the apartment, which was unsafe and ineffective. Even after following their instructions, we continued to feel extremely cold for days. Later, we received an unusually high electricity bill because of the oven usage, but the management refused to cover or adjust the amount despite our request. Then, on February 6, 2026, our AC stopped working. We raised a maintenance request through the app, but no one showed up for four days. When we visited the leasing office, they said it wasn’t an emergency since the temperature was below 70°F, and that someone would come in two more days. Even after that, no one came until we followed up again. When a technician finally showed up, she checked the AC for two minutes and said the air filter — which was supposed to be replaced for free — was the issue. We replaced it as instructed, but they had given us the wrong size. After returning it, they came again and said something else needed fixing but didn’t return for several more days. During this period, the leasing office staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. One employee even walked away in the middle of our conversation without responding, and the manager was equally dismissive. When I tried to escalate, I was told that no employees were available and that we “have to wait.” Instead of resolving the issue, they suggested we open the windows for ventilation. When we did, we found dead and flying bugs entering the apartment. To make matters worse, the thermostat continues blowing hot air even when set to “off,” making the apartment very uncomfortable. My brother visited the office explaining that there was a baby in the home having trouble breathing because of the heat, yet the staff were still unresponsive and did not offer a portable AC unit or any temporary solution. Lastly, I would like to mention that once my friend left a trash bag outside for two hours during a work meeting, and he received a $100 fine for it. If the management can be that strict about small things, they should show the same seriousness toward major maintenance and safety issues. Overall, I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this apartment complex and its management. Think twice before moving here, as the staff’s lack of professionalism and poor maintenance response can seriously affect your comfort and safety.
