  As parents, we moved our daughter in from out of state and I will say Jim and Steve far exceeded our expectations. Without asking, they assisted us with moving in and loaned a hand truck on more than one occasion. Great guys, very personable and willing to go the extra mile for our daughter. The grounds and pool are in great shape. While I didn’t have the pleasure to interact with Malana, I know our daughter spoke highly of how hard she worked and followed through to ensure a smooth transition. The welcoming atmosphere that their collective good will created really puts a parent at ease. Can’t say enough good things. Thanks so much! Darin

  I stayed at this apartment for two years and had a truly positive experience. One of the standout aspects was the exceptional front office staff—especially Malana—who consistently responded to messages with impressive speed and professionalism. It made a huge difference knowing any concern would be acknowledged almost immediately. Even after I moved out, Malana continued to go above and beyond—she responded to my email almost a year later when a package was mistakenly delivered to my old address. She quickly contacted the current tenants and helped ensure the package was returned to me. She is truly awesome! The maintenance team was equally reliable. Every request I submitted was addressed within a day. The location is also incredibly convenient—situated right across from a bus stop that takes you directly to Franklin Street in about 10 minutes. Whether it was commuting to UNC or heading out for errands or fun, getting around was never a hassle. Overall, I’d highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a well-managed, responsive, and conveniently located place to live. It truly felt like home, and I find myself missing it. If you're considering renting here—don’t think twice!

  Isvela is awesome!! She cares deeply about her residents' experiences and hosts events to get people in the apartment complex engaged and connected with one another. Though I did experience maintenance troubles at times, every maintenance issue I had was addressed and fixed immediately. She works hard to ensure the property is well kept, well-priced, and a friendly environment.

  I only stayed there for a few months, but it was a good experience. I worked with Tien in the front office, and she was incredibly professional and kind. The apartments are fairly small, but the location is great. The bus stop that heads into downtown Carrboro and Chapel Hill is right across the street. A Food Lion is a few minutes walk. Overall a very convenient spot.
