Steve always chats with me for a bit when I'm sitting on the porch and checks in to make sure everything is all good at my place. Jeff aka the bug man has been around the whole time I've lived here and I have never had any pest issues :)

- DADylan ArcherSep 10, 20124.0Cheap rent, great location, good staff, and puts a roof over your head, but neighbors are quick to call in noise violations due to the thin walls, also because the walls are so thin you basically know every routine of those to your left, right, and above/below you, and their music tastes and television preferences. Gardening noise is very loud as well.
