    The management, Malana and Kendra, are the best. Maintenance guys are also great. Special shout out to Malana, she really did her best to make our stay at Ridgewood wonderful.

    As parents, we moved our daughter in from out of state and I will say Jim and Steve far exceeded our expectations. Without asking, they assisted us with moving in and loaned a hand truck on more than one occasion. Great guys, very personable and willing to go the extra mile for our daughter. The grounds and pool are in great shape. While I didn’t have the pleasure to interact with Malana, I know our daughter spoke highly of how hard she worked and followed through to ensure a smooth transition. The welcoming atmosphere that their collective good will created really puts a parent at ease. Can’t say enough good things. Thanks so much! Darin

    I lived at Ridgewood Apartments for 3 years from 2018 to 2021. Not once in my entire time there did I have a problem that was not solved quickly and courteously. Everyone who worked there was extremely quick and able to fix any issue I had. I had zero issues with maintenance, noise, or pests during my entire stay. This apartment complex is within walking distance of downtown Chapel Hill, several bus lines, and multiple businesses nearby as well. Rent is very reasonable for what is offered. I would highly recommend Ridgewood Apartments for anyone looking for a 1 bedroom apartment in the area.
