The three of us took a tour on a very rainy day. After walking into a model I knew then that this was an awesome location and great value. The process has been done completely over the phone and online. So far I couldn’t be happier.

Very impressed overall with Ryan Homes. Laura in sales was knowledgeable and answered all our questions presale. Robert (Bob) who spent hours with us during our new home orientation and in the next few days, as we were getting acclimated to our new home, was very helpful and patient. This was our fifth new home and by far the easiest as we were able to get an uncomplicated fast closing. Very impressed. Their employees are great!
