  Can’t imagine living anywhere else! Love living in this community. Slightly hidden but close to shopping amenities. Dog friendly with lots of area to walk our fur babies. Roomy apartments. Amazing staff! Staff is always there for the renters.

  10/10! The Chase staff are so incredibly kind and go out of their way to ensure that their residents are satisfied. I hands down recommend The Chase!

  The Chase is one of the most beautiful communities in Burlington. The floorplans are really unique with huge balconies that you don't find in some of the newer places. Grounds are nice and kept really clean. Christy the manager is responsive and friendly and the maintenance guy is very helpful when anything comes up! Love The Chase and highly recommend!

  We had contacted The Chase about a potential move and the property manager Christy was the best. Super friendly, helpful, and responsive. The property was great and so reasonable. While we did not make the move, plans changed, we had NO hesitation to sign a lease here and know we'd have been very happy. Highly recommend this place!
