  I used to think this place was great until they utterly screwed my mom into paying move out fees “because it’s what we asked for”. Instead of educating tenants about the move out process, they will screw you and make sure you pay more. Grimy. Don’t get confused people - the early move out process is if you’re breaking your lease months and months early. Not 3 weeks early. As a former leasing agent, I never would’ve walked my tenants into this and willingly screwed them. I’m disgusted!

  They are good in covering up all the shitty things that happening in this apartment. From the fees that upgraded to big amount, shootings, theft, water pipe, exhaust. Then they will call you back that you owed something for them when its already cleared befote we move out. Stay away from this apartment. They will increase more theft and its not safe to live there.

  The apartment complex is close to all of Burlington's restraunts and shopping. There is no better location to live. All of my neighbors are friendly. I have no issues with any noise. The staff here is what really sold me. They are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Friendly staff, along with the location, makes this a desirable place to call home.

  In the midst of housing issues, the staff was fair, competent and went above and beyond to take care of the needs of our family. Additionally, maintenance issues are responded to very promptly. Great neighbors, great location and a great place to raise a family.
