My kids grew up there and we will always cherish the wonderful memories we had at Knollwood. It's a nice quiet community with lots of amenities for whatever stage of life you're in. They always had community events to engage residents and show how much they cared, like pool parties and food giveaways. There's something for everyone here. The staff was always understanding, and worked with us through the most difficult times, which went beyond the norm to help us know they truly valued the people there, not just their business. They became more like family. Lisa is by far the best property manager any leasing company could ask for. She's very personable and efficient in everything she does. Her and Lockett both have very loving hearts, and make a great management team. With how long we lived at Knollwood, we definitely had to call maintenance a time or two, and Dustin was always on point with all of our requests. He's very professional, quick, and precise whenever we had issues. All the staff were always kind, very knowledgeable, willing to do whatever they could to help, and committed to make residents feel valued. They helped make living at Knollwood so great. Knollwood is a great place to call home. The new updates truly set the units on a luxury scale. It's tucked away like a hidden gem, and I would highly recommend it.
