- DBDavid BlackDec 3, 20241.0Don't rent here unless you want your rent and utilities to increase every time you sign your lease. I signed here when they first opened and rent for a 3 bedroom apartment was $725 with utilities included, and in the last 4 years it has increased to $900 and now utilities are not included. Im not resigning my lease but if I did the rent next year was going to be $1000 and that's just for rent, I don't even want to know what the actual amount would be when you include the mopntly parking, utilities, and the 3 or 4 different fees you have pay for paying the rent through the website they provide, got to imagine its closer to $1200. This place doesn't care about its customers and just wants to squeeze everyone of their renters for as much as possible. There is no bigger example of this then the fact that you have to pay $40 dollars a month to park in their standard lot (even more if you want a carport or garage spot, and those are extremely limited) and even with a monthly parking bill you still have a risk of being Booted and forced to pay $180 if you dare even think about parking on the line of a parking spot. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU, RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU KNOW WHAT IS GOOD FOR YOU.
