I’ve had a really solid experience at Peak of Boone overall. The location is one of the biggest perks — it’s super convenient to campus, shopping, and restaurants, which makes everyday life much easier. It’s especially great if you’re a student and want to be close to everything without being right in the middle of downtown noise.
The apartments themselves are comfortable and functional. They may not be ultra-luxury, but they’re well laid out and have everything you need. Maintenance has been responsive when needed, and the staff has generally been helpful and easy to communicate with.
Parking can occasionally get tight during busier times, but that’s pretty typical for Boone. Overall, it’s been a dependable and comfortable place to live. I’d definitely recommend it to someone looking for a convenient and reasonably priced apartment.

I’ve had a great experience living at Peak of Boone. The location is unbeatable — close to everything in Boone but still quiet and peaceful. The apartments are modern, clean, and well-maintained, and the mountain views are a huge bonus.
The management team is responsive and professional. Any maintenance requests I’ve submitted were handled quickly, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. You can tell they genuinely care about residents.
The amenities are also a big plus — the gym is well-equipped, and the common areas are kept clean and inviting. Overall, Peak of Boone is easily one of the best places to live in Boone. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality housing in the area.

Peak of Boone offers a more budget‑friendly alternative while still providing the essentials for student living. The apartments are generally spacious for the price, and the community tends to attract a friendly, laid‑back crowd. Its location isn’t as walkable as some complexes closer to campus, but it’s manageable with a car or AppalCart access. Many residents appreciate the value they get compared to newer, more expensive buildings in Boone.
On the flip side, the property is older, and that can show in the form of maintenance issues or dated interiors. Some residents report slow response times from management, though experiences vary. If you’re looking for affordability and don’t mind a more lived‑in feel, Peak of Boone can be a practical choice—especially for students who prioritize space and price over luxury finishes.

Peak of Boone offers affordable student housing with decent space, but the buildings show their age, and maintenance can be inconsistent. It’s a practical choice if you’re prioritizing budget over amenities.

Peak of Boone has been an amazing place to live. The apartments are spacious, well‑maintained, and feel like a true home rather than just student housing. One of the biggest perks is the location; it’s genuinely walkable to campus, which makes getting to class, grabbing food, or meeting up with friends incredibly convenient.
The office staff deserves a special shoutout. They’re always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever you need something. You can tell they really care about the residents and work hard to keep everything running smoothly.
If you’re looking for a place in Boone that’s comfortable, convenient, and supported by a great team, Peak of Boone is absolutely worth it.
