  I recently purchased a home at Middle Creek Village. The neighborhood is great and the sales staff with Ryan Homes were great. They were friendly, helpful and informative. We love the home we purchased, it is well designed and lovely. However I did have issues with the care taken in the installation and finishing of the home. Upon our move in, the furnace was not turned on and we had to call out an emergency warranty request with the HVAC contractor on a Sunday after spending one night with it 55 degrees inside. Prior to the contractor responding, I looked at the furnace myself and found several small things to just be left undone. Trash was everywhere on the furnace and there was caulking all over the place (sloppily done). When the contractor responded he did a hour and half of work up there even though he said the only thing wrong was the furnace was not switched on. Secondly, I found four of the door knobs in the home to be so loose that the bases turned on door itself instead of the just the pull knobs. All that needed to be done was the screws needed to be fully tightened. I found a bracket that keeps the shower sliding door to be so loose it wouldn’t even stay in place and I had to fix that myself. Also I find it sad that for a $250k home I had to install all the pull handles on the kitchen cabinets myself because it doesn’t come with pull handles even though the cabinets were not designed to be without them. Some cabinet doors were also not completely even and level with each other. In all I was frustrated with the lack of care taken in the installation of things in the home. Otherwise it was a nice home and the staff of Ryan homes was friendly and have taken care of any warranty requests I’ve made with professionalism and promptness.

  The sales staff was awsome and informative and very transparent ,,, my sales team was GiGi and Nate and guided me threw all options and tour of the model homes ( although I did not like that there was only one golf cart and I had to walk blocks from the sales center , the one golf cart was being used with other sales reps and clients )

  If you try to find this subdivision good luck! any deliveries? You are screwed No maps, no gps, will get you here. Try to have furniture,spectrum, nobody can find it!
