I was warned by friends and family that buying a home was stressful, but I have had an amazing experience with the help of my salesperson (and now, my friend) Gigi Garcia. Gigi has been there for every question and concern and has always left me feeling fully informed and confident about my decision to purchase a cottage from Ryan Homes. My experience with Jennifer Robertson from Ryan’s mortgage partner - NVR Mortgage - has been amazing as well. As a single mom and first time home buyer in my late 20s, I am overly grateful to Ryan Homes for the ability to build and own a beautiful home on a limited budget. Gigi and Jenn have been extremely helpful supporters throughout the process! Dylan has been a great project manager as well, I look forward to his updates each week.. I will update this review once my home is complete and I’ve lived in it for a while!

Having lived and owning my own cabinet company in Brunswick County for 13 years I have a good idea of what to look for in a Builder. Ryan homes did not disappoint. I’m very happy with Danielle and the punch list, field staff who got in my new home in 3 weeks after signing.
