  Just toured the property with Heather yesterday and was absolutely sold! She has been so helpful during the application process, despite it being so close to NYE. Really hoping I get approved and get to be part of this amazing community!

  I’ve lived here going on six months and was immediately sold. Heather, one of the leasing agent here was my direct contact and she was absolutely AMAZING. Though the staff here is so kind that Eboni helped me tremendously as well. I can’t rave enough about what a fantastic community this is. I especially love the new community events we’ve been having, the new apartment manager Chloe does an amazing job as well. The staff here does a tremendous job, the community itself is fantastic— everyone who lives here is very warm and welcoming.I can’t see myself living anywhere else.

  Wy wife and I recenlty had a tour of this amazing community. First off, we were late for our appointment with Heather, and we were greeted so graciously and professionally on our arrival. Our tour was wonderful, and honestly, the nicest apartment community I have ever toured. I work in property managment in Charlotte, and The Westport Lofts is far and above. We decided to apply and have been approved for a gorgeous 2 bedroom in the main building. I started following their Instagram account and was very impressed with the resident events.   Heather is absolutely amazing! From the moment I first reached out, she went above and beyond to make the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. She’s professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about finding the right fit for her residents. Every question I had—no matter how small—she answered quickly and with a friendly attitude. Her attention to detail and welcoming personality made me feel confident about moving in. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such warmth, but Heather does it effortlessly. If you’re considering living at Westport Lofts, definitely ask for Heather—you’ll be in great hands!
