  Worst management company, they do not take care of the property and I’m currently dealing with the new property manager lying about sending my lease. There are far better apartments, people are moving out left and right. 10/10 would not recommend.

  i give this facility a 4! i went for a tour today and fell in love with the property. Jessica was there and was most gracious and attentive. she was knowledgable and answered all of my questions with confidence. when she didn’t have an answer, she called her colleague(s) and obtained the answer. her customer service and attention to my concerns were impeccable! i feel this is somewhere that i’d love to live!! the neighborhood was impressive, the lobby was clean and inviting, except for that awful smell of dogs! that was a turn off for me because i’m not fond of unpleasant smells, i was surprised that the lobby wasn’t fresh smelling. other than that (because i’m not interested in living in the lobby)… hopefully when there are units on the 3rd floor, i will become a resident!!! GREAT PLACE TO LIVE

  Review update-: well, Annie left and apparently so did anyone who cleans the hallways, does pest control, etc. Don’t even ask about the cluster if you decide you want to move out of the place (at your lease end) because of it. Be prepared to get a laughable final bill. Annie is the exact opposite of everything you expect when going through the (normally tedious) process of finding and applying for a place. She genuinely cares, is honest and upfront and unlike 99% of interactions in this field she ALWAYS follows through with what she says. She alone is enough to make you want to live here, and it doesn’t hurt that the property and Flats happen to be beautiful!

  Quiet Community of working professionals. The clubhouse and workout room are always kept clean and are available for use. Currently in a three bedroom and the rooms are huge compared to past apartments. The current property manager is attentive and creates community events. The maintenance crew is the best around, they quickly fix any issues. Most impressed!!!
