  I work for another local apartment community and recently spoke with Ariston a couple of times over the phone. Just wanted to give him a shout out for being so super friendly and helpful! Not every fellow leasing agent you call asking for favors is quite so cheerful and willing to help. I appreciate your assistance and positive attitude!

  Apartment Life is an amenity of The District. Moriah & Aaron plan three fun & interesting events a month. They are like cruise directors for the community engaging & building community. They are good people.

  Love the apartment complex and the community. The apartment life organizers always host great monthly events that I have not seen at any other apartment complex. It has been a great way to meet people and get to know our community better. The most recent event “Pi day” was delicious and I always look forward anything Apartment life hosts.

  This complex is great to live at and has a bunch of fun holiday events. Today 3/14 they brought in a bunch of pie for Pi day! So fun!
