  I want to recognize Steve Pafford from the Skyland Exchange apartment office for his outstanding support. He has consistently been the only person who truly takes the time to listen and help resolve any issues I’ve had. From arranging for the air duct to be professionally cleaned to coordinating the recent carpet replacement, he has always followed through and made sure things were handled properly. Every time I’ve had a concern, he has responded with kindness, professionalism, and real solutions. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about residents and takes action the way he does. I truly appreciate his dedication and willingness to help. Quiero reconocer a Steve Pafford, de la oficina de los apartamentos Skyland Exchange, por su excelente apoyo.   Elevator in building 65 has been out of service for *over a month*. The latest anticipated repair date they gave us was January 14th. As of 12:30pm on the 15th, the elevator is still out of order, they have just removed the out of order sign. There are 4 floors in this building. It is unacceptable to the tenants living on the 4th floor for the elevator to be out of service for so long, especially considering some of our neighbors are elderly and/or disabled.

  Elevator in Building 65 has been out of service after a failed inspection nearly 3 weeks ago! Zero communication or compensation besides a single note on the door & a little packet of candy. Yet another promised amenity out of order with no reduction in rent, even for those living on top floors. I feel especially bad for my elderly neighbors who have to hike all the way up 4 flights of stairs just to get home at the end of the day. VERY glad to be moving out soon. This place has been a constant nightmare since I moved in a few years ago. Parking, mold, amenities like the pool or elevators constantly out of order, I could go on.
