  I’m just moved in Christy in the office is great! She answered every question and listened to me vent about things that had nothing to do with me moving in! I’m looking forward to getting settled and enjoying the warm weather

  My move to Goldelm At the Views was great! At first things were moving kind of slow but Christy jumped right in and made things ire smoothly efficient! And she’s a great listener lol! So far things are going great!!!!

  Christy was absolutely great and patient!! She was very knowledgeable about the property and every bit of the lease and took the time to explain every question we had!! Everything went as smoothly has it ever could and I can’t say that enough!! What a great first impression of my new residence!!

  I have been in the apartment since August and everything has been awesome. Maintenance people is so kind and always attentive.

  Our apartment is laden with black mold. Management staff is young and unhelpful to the issue at hand, in yet they still want $1750/mo in rent. Even when I expressed I’m a severe asthmatic and black mold is a trigger for me, nothin has been done to rectify the issue. My home should be a safe healthy environment to live in. Do not rent here.
