  Westmont is truly one of the best communities we have lived at through all of our years renting. The office staff are phenomenal. Maci, Tahliah, and Eric go to great lengths to create events for all residents to enjoy. They are also very inclusive to our children as well as the other children in the community. We love the little community we have here!

  Use to be a good spacious apartment living that was moderately affordable. Greystar took over management and the mgmt team is pretty unhelpful. The front desk agents (Talia & Macy?) are super nice, professional and good at deescalation but powerless to help or enact any change. The property manager Eric P. is rude, belittling and demeaning. Avoid interacting with him if you can. The regional manager Hannah, will stonewall you with any requests with pleasant Chat GPT responses with zero help or customer service until you grow so tired you give up. For context, we lived there with upstairs neighbors & 75% or the time it was fine. The last 25% we got new upstairs neighbors and they were so loud, every day and until 2-3am. Mgmt did nothing & the situation never improved. We sent emails, over 20 videos, had a mediation meeting & we’re just told “sucks” more or less. It was exhausting. They’re ripping up all the carpet & do not enforce tenants to use rugs. So it’s pretty loud. Hope you get respectable neighbors. The hallways are covered in bird poop that they won’t clean. If you’re low maintenance, need a cheap(ish) place to live & get lucky with respectable neighbors then this place is not so bad. If anything bad comes up, just know that greystar will not be there to help you.

  The apartments and common areas are super well kept and the grounds are so peaceful and quiet while still being close to downtown. They have so many adorable community events. I just got a beautiful flower arrangement from them. Be ready for lots of holiday joy! Everyone goes out of their way to communicate and keep us updated on what’s going on. Macey and Tahlia are so sweet and make the apartment complex feel like a real community and home! Side note but the office and gym somehow always smell so good ?? Very clean!

  Move out date was August 9th. On Sept 17th I received a email with my finial move out invoice of 78.00. Received a letter in mail Sept 20th that the balance was sent to collections and will be going against my credit. Not happy at all.
