  I have loved my time at the retreat, the staff have all been so helpful and responsive, they made my time there even better. The retreat is so nice and quiet, yet full of friendly residents and pups. It is beautifully maintained and the location is great, with a park, woods and south slope nearby. Thank you, Paris, and staff so very much!

  Great complex with a modern design and up to date amenities. The pool/gym view is unrivaled and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I love that the Retreat is very close to downtown but also tucked away in a safe alcove. It was a pleasure to call this place home for 5 years. Special shout out to Sally in the office for all her help!

  My husband and I have been living here for over 7 years. The apts are modern with large windows, granite countertops, garden sized bathtubs and high ceilings. The main club house has a lovely fitness center, pretty pool and barbeque with seating overlooking the mountains and a lovely coffee and cocoa station where you can pick up a hot or cold drink after your workout. The location is fantastic. You can walk into downtown Asheville in under 10 minutes, or you can walk out of your apt, and do a substantial hike onto Beaucatcher Mountain. The staff has been friendly and accommodating, and over the years has always quickly addressed any small problems that may have arisen within the apt.in a timely fashion. Often the management has provided special evenings with food and drink for the residents to meet and mingle. I would highly recommend this beautiful complex to anyone looking to rent an apartment and wants to have quick access to downtown Asheville. Both Amber and Sally are new staff at the Retreat at Hunt Hill, and they are really lovely women with great personalities and attitude. Definitely will listen and help you with any of your apartment concerns when you need to speak to them.

  This has been a beautiful upgrade. The old buildings were used to cover an open air drug market. I am happy to see it nice now. I have 14 years clean and now a nurse. I am seriously consider buying here. It is seriously upgraded. Great Job! Now people's lives are no longer in despair here, life is thriving. Now well manicured and I'll tell you-some of the most beautiful views from there and close to downtown, yet private and quiet area. GREAT JOB!!!!
