Elizabeth was almost always avaliable once set up began, and did everything in her power to move things along steadily. The sub contractors hired were not always the most polite people to interact with but overall we only came out with 3 or 4 things needing fixed at the end. Id recommend oakwood over any of the other manufacturered home retailers in the area because of the wonderful customer service.
