  Patrick was amazing! We were looking to find land for our forever home, we found a few places and he even brought his own drone out so we could see all of the plot! Both sellers and buyers were out of town, so he helped us tremendously with the county and permits to help us close. As an active duty military family, we are grateful for his help from abroad, def recommend!!!!
