Ben Taylor kept me informed, answered every question, was prompt to respond and was so very easy to talk to. He is a gentleman in every way. All along the journey, I was given nice touches, including: barbecues, wreaths at Christmas, a beautiful cake, and two beautiful planters filled with flowers on move in day. This is a company that truly cares about its customers and goes the extra mile to show it. Ben and his team gave me the house of my dreams.

I know even though it didn't work out if I could have got the job done. I would have had my home from Crossland thanks for everything you guys done. The survey and the park test. The people that evaluate how much they can loan. You should never price you out of a home. That's what they end up doing with the mortgage people that I picked wish I could have made it workout, Ben, you and your guys are wonderful. Anybody that needs a home should definitely go to these guys, they give it a 150%.
