  Their former GM Nate was a horrible person imo. Rude and disrespectful and arrogant and not helpful. But he’s been fired. So I’m sure that will help.

  I would give this place zero stars if possible. The absolute worst place you can rent. We moved in because we needed a place quick and from the first month we were there we had a constant weed smell coming into our apartment and we were in a non smoking building. There was also a constant urine smell coming from one of our bathroom sinks that made that bathroom unusable. The front door look like it was broken into and then half repaired. Stains everywhere, doors falling off. We were forced to leave early due to weed smell in our kids room and a few other reasons. I would definitely not recommend the headache

  We recently moved here and have been super happy with the grounds, apartment, and office staff. The online portal makes managing your account super easy, working with the office staff and property manager Nathan has been incredibly simple and they were on top of any questions or requests we had during the process. I don’t often write reviews, but they’ve truly done right by us and I’m more than pleased with the entire process. Thanks!

  Smoke and Mirrors. Only the view makes this apartment tolerable.if there was an option, I would put negative stars. This is my candid response to management
