  I had such a difficult time searching for an apartment, until I met Christopher here at Ascot. He was so efficient, and went above and beyond, while also being very real with me, making the experience feel personal. I have nothing but glowing things to say!

  I recently moved to this complex about 2 months ago. The staff was very informative and honest with me about the changes in progress improve the community, which I respected and loved! Since moving here, I have seen improvements and can honestly say the people working here are enforcing rules to make this a better place to live. My girlfriend is able to use the gym daily while they are working on a new key fob system, parking has greatly improved thanks to enforced towing, and there has been a crackdown on people leaving trash where they aren't suppose to since a new compactor was put in. While others might be mad about it, there are plenty of us grateful for this new team and can see the work being done. I chose this place for the transparency and I'm honestly glad I did because it has been wonderful so far here. Everyone wants to leave a bad review when they are butthurt. Go see how nice and helpful the people here really are. Their prices are the best in town right now.

  I moved in here in October, every month since then I have politely checked into the office to find out when 24/7 key fob access would be restored to our amenities including the gym. Every month I get a canned response like they think in an idiot and the gym etc remains only accessible during business hours. Despite someone moving out of here every other day and it being 25% empty there is still nowhere to park because they allow 5-6 adults to live in 1 bedroom apartments. Theres tons of dangerous speeding in the parking lot and many residents regularly drive the wrong way on the round a bout. The trash piles up into a disgusting mountain several times a month and is left to bake in the sun and get spread around the complex by animals. Theyve made no attempt to fix anything other than sending threatening mass emails but they did make time to revamp the rental website so you couldnt see the giant list of empty apartments. They will respond to this review but have been ignoring me and everyone else for months. Its a real shame because the property itself is really nice, decent apartments, great location, lots of space to walk but i wouldnt recommend it to anyone with kids or anyone that can afford a little bit more in rent.

  Love this property! The maintenance team are all so kind always waving and so willing to answer any questions you might have. The property looks so good because of them!
