  The only thing that was fixed was the sliding glass door. Everything else remains the same. Figured the job didn't get done due to needing materials but the work order was closed as completed.

  The guy that showed us around was Shane, he introduced us to the community, in heavy rain, and in a kind of time crunch and he executed with precise perfection, all we needed to know plus answered all our questions! He is a super valuable asset to the organization.

  Shane showed me the property I was interested in. He took the time with me to show me and talk with me about every detail he cared about all the amenities even the children’s playground and security.on the property. The 2 pools the scenery and new apartments going up acted as a sound barrier from traffic..both apartments furnished and unfurnished. And one bedroom within the two bedroom . The walk was beautiful on the property . I have the brochure he gave me and showed in the computer how to get all the info myself in detail . I appreciate all the time and effort into my research for a new place for me .. Shane is an inspiration . Kind patience and understanding..thank you

  Shane was unbelievable as a leasing agent! As a senior citizen he walked me and my husband through EVERYTHING patiently and basically did the paperwork for us. He even helped us unload two very heavy items from our truck into apartment. A walk through the apartment and the special touch of air freshener was so appreciated. We felt right at home and we think our son made a good choice for apartment living!!!!
