- AGAlicia GruenbergFeb 14, 20265.0Love this complex. Don’t have to worry about safety. Neighbors are family away from family. Front office ladies are always so quick to get things fixed. Not on a main busy road so it’s quiet. Plan on moving to a bigger unit when our lease is up and being here many years!

I’ve lived in downtown Asheville and had a better parking situation than this this is literally unreal how bad it is so expect to park a half mile away from your apartment if you come home after 7pm.
- KRKim RomeroJan 22, 20265.0Me and my husband have lived here for 3 years. We have enjoyed our time here and continue to do so. Ansleys at Roberts lake is a calm, quiet and enjoyable community. The management is also just a great, they have been as helpful as can be with all our situations in the years we have lived here. Alexis, the assistant manager has been very helpful especially! We are grateful for all she has done along with the rest of the team, including the maintenance team! I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking to find some first apartments to move too or even just moving areas as they make moving as smooth as possible.
- SSSamJan 14, 20262.0The community itself is nice, but resident consideration is lacking. Off-leash animals are a common problem and don’t seem to be addressed seriously. This takes away from what could otherwise be a great place.
- DLDerek LangfeldtJan 7, 20262.0Quiet complex. Beautiful view of the forest. Too bad a resident cannot enjoy this experience though with them allowing residents to smoke on their decks and in units. If you are a non smoker or allergic to smoke do NOT move here. You cannot ever have your windows or deck door open without your whole apt and belongs reaking of cigarette smoke. You cannot sit on your deck to enjoy the views without your neighbors smoke infiltrating your whole space. This complex gives smokers more rights than those who actually want to take care of their own and their pets health.
