  My wife and I have lived here almost 2 years, and will be renewing a lease. The apartments and facilities here are excellent quality! The staff has been helpful to us, especially as we’re transferring to a 2-bedroom from our 1-bedroom. It’s an amazing place to be!

  Love this complex, prices, and the faculty. One staff member in particular, Chelsey Edick, went above and beyond to help out during a difficult situation. I could not recommend her enough!

  I lived at Rubber Lake Circle for almost 9 years. In the beginning, the community felt safe and well-managed, but things changed significantly after management stopped, caring about there residence. The biggest issue was inconsistency and lack of fairness. I made complaints about excessive noise from my upstairs neighbor, and nothing was ever done. However, when a downstairs neighbor complained about me, management took immediate action. That double standard was very frustrating and showed a clear lack of accountability. After moving out on 01/28, I made sure everything was fully paid. Despite that, I was later charged an additional $90 for rent and sewer and trash which makes no sense considering my move-out date and the fact that my balance was already settled. Overall, the management does not advocate for residents. It often feels like they work against you rather than with you. Communication is poor, issues are handled selectively, and transparency is lacking. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this community due to the management experience.

  Gates ALWAYS broken. Today is partially bad. Waited over 15 minutes to just leave the community because no one could be bothered to leave the comfort of the office to at least put a sign up telling residents to use the fire lane, which is a mess already. Another resident had to come tell us. We haven’t even gotten emails about it, which is their fav mode of doing anything. The lane can only accommodate one car passing through at a time. It’s a safety issue and going to cause an accident. I personally pay too much rent to send my car through mud and rocks. Please get it together

  During my 10 month stay here I have put in a maintenance request for the same thing 3 times. The air conditioning in my apartment will not stay working and im tired of roasting in my "home" I will have it set at 68 and by the time I get back from work the temperature will be 79 and it will say its set to 85! It wont even turn on when I try to switch it from auto to on. Absolutely ridiculous
