The community is beautiful and well-planned, with a welcoming and peaceful atmosphere. A special shoutout to Chris Madren, who was incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. He made the process stress-free and always followed through. I’m very happy with my new home and highly recommend Huxley by Pulte to anyone looking for quality and reliability in a new build!

The building manager was very friendly and took everything into consideration when closing. The neighborhood is right next to Beaver Creek and Sweetwater which is growing like crazy!! Highly recommend visiting Huxley’s office and speak to Delonte. So far it’s been a great experience and look forward to many years here.
- DPDevang PatelApr 27, 20254.0Pros: Beautiful community with a lake-facing view. A lot of different floor plans are offered, suitable for everyone’s needs. Cons: 1)There is no traffic light at the main entrance. Making a left turn is difficult, especially as the community grows and more residents need to exit. Low visibility when turning left also increases the risk of collisions. Over time, this single-lane road is likely to become very busy. 2) garage door is not insulated and does not have rubber belt for smooth lift.
