The contract was turned over through them from another realtor, which was great but Stanley for rent and Russ Holland are terrible reported items things in the house that broke we had renters insurance. They never fixed it when we got ready to move out they would not give our deposit back after being there for 5 years. They claimed That we had broke windows, One window was broke or cracked when we moved in, which was pointed out when we moved in another window cracked when my son tried to raise it. It’s a 50 year old house we reported this Two Stanley for rent when it happened, they said not to worry about it they would take care of it never did we had renters insurance and to make a long story short they would not Give our deposit back after fighting with them and arguing with them. They finally gave us half of it back. Do not rent from them not if you want a good experience don’t believe the lies and the sugarcoating.
