The parking lot is NOT ADA compliant. Which I will be reporting..
They make false lease violations yet refuse to enforce lease rules and regulations. And good luck finding parking! Especially in the winter! They allow non-tenants to use the parking lot.
The property management ladies are very lazy. Pamela Curtiss works alongside the owner of the property management company, Talbert. Together, they have discriminated against tenants and sent them to collections over money they admitted they are not owed. Making life more difficult for the middle and lower class in an attempt to make more money. Well, Granite Mountain Property Management has been permanently closed due to their lack of care or respect for the properties and their tenants.

Costco extended their parking lot, causing more traffic. Trains pass right next to the building and there's a recycling plant right behind with sounds of trucks beeping and cans crushing daily. 2 stars because Travis was nice.
(People also love stealing bikes here. Had a bike stolen and caught some blue haired mohawk disassembling my peddles.)
The good thing about this place was parking, laundry was always good, nothing broke, ac and heater okay, and the owner who owned the building was very understanding. Our bathroom was big!
Didn’t like this place due to always had to deal with a neighbor downstairs who always complained about us to management about noise. We got a letter from them too often, the neighbor confronted us, management did nothing about that.
My motorbike here got stolen from here. My car got dented from one of their residence, that person drove a red car and lived above us.
Noise level is not what they say, we can hear everything like everything from drawers being opened and shut to what goes bump in the night.
Their ideal rooms had a curtain to separate the bedroom from kitchen to save? That’s what they told us. Their property management was not at all professional and lacked people skills.
We were here for over 7 years, not renewing.

MPM kept in touch with us well and tried their best to handle the noise and other issues, but the slamming of doors, cops being called, and old marijuana smell was annoying. During the move out the owner of Great Northern sent a person in to do an inspection before MPM and the person broke things in the apartment. Another issue was the pricing, 650 a month, for a very tiny "one bedroom" apartment, the bedroom "door" was just a dingy looking curtain. The AC unit always blew in the smell of roting food from outside. I recommend choosing a different apartment through MPM.
don't believe them when they the apartments are very nose efficient 3x
