  We recently moved in and from the beginning the communication was great and Alyssa is very kind and wonderful to work with. She makes you feel valued and appreciated. The places are gorgeous, and they enforce the rules which is reassuring. The amenities are well looked after and thoughtful. We look forward to enjoying our new home & highly recommend.

  After relocating to Montana following a major life transition, I couldn't have asked for a better place to land than Snowfarm. From day one, the team here made me feel genuinely welcomed and supported—not just as a tenant, but as a person going through change. They took the time to understand what I needed and found me a unit that truly feels like home. What sets Snowfarm apart is how seriously they take their commitment to building community. It's not just marketing language—you can feel it in the thoughtfulness of the staff, the way neighbors connect, and the intentional design of the shared spaces. In a time when I needed both independence and connection, this place has given me both. I've found myself wanting to contribute back to this community in meaningful ways, which says everything about the environment they've created here. The amenities are exceptional—from the resort-style pool and cold plunge to the fitness center, coworking spaces, and dog park—but what makes them truly valuable is how they bring people together. Its still under construction but once the gardens, firepits, and gathering areas are completed it will create natural opportunities to connect with neighbors while still respecting everyone's need for personal space. Living here has been more than finding an apartment; it's been finding the breathing room and support I needed to start this new chapter. If you're looking for a place where you can truly settle in and feel at home in Missoula, I highly recommend Snowfarm.

  We came to explore Snowfarm back in July and right away we fell in loved with the community and the unit we selected. The complex is brand new, the units are beautiful on the inside/outside, spacious, it has beautiful mountain views, love the layout, the dog park & pet wash was a plus for us, and they have the best gym one could ask for. All the amenities are an A+ for us, you can’t go wrong with this place. The staff here is great and always helpful. We moved in September and we are so happy to call Snowfarm are home.
