- NMNina MooreJan 6, 20265.0I was in the area and decided to tour Mullan Reserve for a potential apartment. I was really impressed with how green and clean the grounds were. It felt like being in the middle of a park. Our tour guide was really friendly and took her time with us while we walked through the grounds. Compared to another complex I had toured nearby, the units seemed a bit bigger for about the same amount per month. I got to see one of the staged units, which gave me a good idea of how spacious the home can be once furniture is in. As far as amenities go, they seem to have a lot more than others. They have a little dog park, garden beds for residents to use, a decent pool area, BBQ grills, gym, and playground. All of this would've been great for our family. Our guide also told us that they are planning to install a sauna in the coming months. Ultimately, they didn't have a 3-bedroom unit for us within our timeframe, but we will definitely consider it if something opens up in the future.
