  Mullen reserve is a wonderful place to live! We only moved because we bought a town house. We loved the green space. Made you feel like you lived in a park. The amenities of the pool, club house and exercise room were the best. Having staff , great staff, on site is a definite benefit. Alec, Jessie and Jim are more than staff , they are friends. If there is ever a time we would look for another apt to live in, we would choose Mullen Reserve

  *Under New Management, way better than old reviews state* Great place. I’ve lived here a few months. I chose this place based on the amenities, mainly the pool and they have a brand new sauna that will be fully functional next week. They also have a dog park, a small playground, an entertainment room, a gym, a place to plant plants for residents, and they always have coffee and snacks when you go by the office. Very friendly office and maintenance staff. Very attentive to your needs and always helpful!

  I was in the area and decided to tour Mullan Reserve for a potential apartment. I was really impressed with how green and clean the grounds were. It felt like being in the middle of a park. Our tour guide was really friendly and took her time with us while we walked through the grounds. Compared to another complex I had toured nearby, the units seemed a bit bigger for about the same amount per month. I got to see one of the staged units, which gave me a good idea of how spacious the home can be once furniture is in. As far as amenities go, they seem to have a lot more than others. They have a little dog park, garden beds for residents to use, a decent pool area, BBQ grills, gym, and playground. All of this would've been great for our family. Our guide also told us that they are planning to install a sauna in the coming months. Ultimately, they didn't have a 3-bedroom unit for us within our timeframe, but we will definitely consider it if something opens up in the future.
