Pet friendly apartment homes at a great location. All the staff are courteous and helpful. Grounds are well maintained. I've had a couple service requests, which were taken care of promptly. I love my apartment. The Clark Fork floor plan has a spacious design for a studio. It's wonderful to have the washer/dryer in the apartment. The Corso apartments are the best!

Pros:
I love the location and amenities offered at Corso! I see many complaints about the appliances, but I’ve been nothing but happy with mine. The fridge is spacious with plenty of room, the dishwasher works perfectly. The balconies are amazing and I’ve created a small garden on mine, above which I have a good view of the sunset.
They’ve been quite accommodating of pets so far as I can tell, and the office workers get very excited to see my puppy and chat. I’ve found all the employees to be friendly and courteous.
Cons:
Unfortunately, the walls are sort of thin and I can hear my neighbors often, the pool isn’t open past 10:00 which makes it hard to enjoy it without a ton of people there, the dryer and dishwasher are very loud (which sucks if you’re in a studio and can’t escape the noise) and it is EXPENSIVE. We live in a studio and it is absolutely ludicrous that I am paying $900 for an apartment without even a bedroom. My boyfriend works for $11/ hour full time and I work for $10/ hour and work about 50 hours a week and we struggle to pay for this studio. No studio should be $900/ month. There’s an amazing amount of payments when you first move in.

Parking is absolutely awful. If you get home from work and get to park within 100 feet of your apartment building consider yourself unusually lucky. At first it seemed like the customer service at the "clubhouse" was great, but in the past couple months it takes longer and longer to get one of the employees attention. They frequently fail to scan packages into their system in a timely manner. Rent is very expensive for the "amenities" they provide. Needless to say I will not be staying here another year. I would recommend you look elsewhere for housing.
Oh, and if you happen to have a check bounce, they WILL try to pull it again. Don't listen to the office ladies as they don't seem to know what actions their bank takes to try and get money. I got charged 2 overdraft fees with my bank and 100 dollars from Corso for listening to someone in their office.
