- HPHunter PauleySep 14, 20223.0For the location and the price you pay, it is what it is. Is it cheap? No. Is the location central and good? Yes. Can you hear the people above you walking or closing cabinets? Yes. The biggest grip I have is the parking. It's horrendous and has only gotten worse. Paying 2100 a month for a 2bed/2bath, you'd think the parking wouldn't be an issue. They promised covered reserve parking opens up all the time - well I have been here close to 7 months and it hasn't (this is also an extra $40 month). All of the other parking is free for all. I personally think all parking within the lots should be reserved and overflow should be the streets. Some nights/days parking is so bad I can't even park next to my designated building. I often dread having to make a quick trip somewhere because I know there is a high chance I will lose my parking spot.

There's no surveillance and a door was unlocked, leading to my lock being cut. Then they raised rent in the peak of COVID, all while cutting amenities (responsible choice) due to covid (such as printing, pool, common areas). I am thrilled to be leaving. The apartments are nice but service has been lacking.

I've had a couple service requests, which were taken care of promptly. I love my apartment. The Clark Fork floor plan has a spacious design for a studio. It's wonderful to have the washer/dryer in the apartment. The Corso apartments are the best!
