I’ve lived here for 2 years and here is an honest review about what i’ve experienced. (And yes, I agree with some previous reviews and will say most positive reviews here are fake). Copper Run used to be a pretty good place, but the complex has really gone downhill the last year or so. First of all, good luck finding anybody working in the front office more than 3 days a week…almost every time I go to the office there’s nobody around(although to be fair, there is new management onsite so perhaps that will change and they will be more accessible than previous management) Biggest complaints I have: -lots of noise -lots of barking dogs -lots of apartments that are leased to one or two people but have 5(or more)people living there off-lease. Seems to me that they’ve started renting to anybody with a pulse just so they can fill the place. Many residents that have moved in, especially in the past year, seem to be coming from all around the world and don’t really seem to have a grasp of the English language yet, so be prepared for a possible language barrier with many of your neighbors. Too much late-night noise. The maintenance team is responsive if you have a problem, which is a positive. Parking is oftentimes a problem because of the previously mentioned issue of too many people living in many of the apartments off-lease, which means you may have to park at another building and walk. If there was more oversight of the community by management/ownership, that would be a plus. They do have a small gym that you can access almost 24/7, which is a nice perk. They also have a swimming pool and a hot tub.

I toured these apartments, and they are very nice. The clubhouse is awesome and includes a movie theater! There’s a pool, and you can use the hot tub year-round. The staff was welcoming and helpful.

Copper Run Apartment Homes have exceeded my expectations in so many ways. The amenities here are top-notch — from the well-maintained fitness center and relaxing pool area to the clubhouse and walking trails, everything is designed to make life more convenient and enjoyable. It's clear that the management takes pride in keeping the community clean, safe, and welcoming. What really sets Copper Run apart is its prime location. Whether you're commuting to work, grabbing groceries, or looking for nearby dining and entertainment, everything is just minutes away. It's the perfect balance between peaceful living and easy access to everything you need. Overall, I would highly recommend Copper Run Apartment Homes to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to call home.

Lived here two years. Loved the staff, loved the amenities, loved going to the community events, loved most of the neighbors. Maintenance was amazing. My main issue is that like every apartment complex, they price out their longer term residents. Over 1900 for a two bedroom was absolutely ludicrous for something that started in the 1600s. We spent several days scrubbing the apartment clean when we left, only to be charged for almost six hours of work when it was stated by maintenance that the only thing that needed further attention was the oven. For an apartment that was shouldn’t have taken over three hours, (along with a complimentary wipe down we were informed of upon move in that’s now gone due to housekeeping changes) now my entire initial deposit is gone. Also be aware that they do charge for professional carpet cleaning for everyone. I’m currently waiting on the invoice for the cleaning team. Thanks for everything, Copper Run. Please learn how not price out your residents. I’ll miss living here, but I won’t miss “market rent prices”.
