  Corso is a great community in Missoula! Rosie, Katie, and the maintenance crew do a wonderful job managing the property. Check it out for a centrally located, high value home!

  Have lived in a lot of places in Missoula under a lot of different property management companies. Corso is easily the best of the best. The apartments are in very good condition. The people that work in the office are always kind and helpful. Whenever we have needed help from the maintenance team they have been on top of it. And the location is absolutely killer!

  Great location. Lousy management. Way overpriced. Examples: it took them 4 weeks to find a plumber to fix a dripping sink. I expect property managers who are in charge of maintaining hundreds of units to have a plumber. Same issues with communal area fixes, the doors to my building were locked from the inside on and off for about 2 weeks due to mechanical malfunction in very cold weather, again because they couldn't find a vendor. The office workers also demonstrated a lack of understanding of Fair Housing Laws for people with disabilities and required medical documentation for a reasonable accommodation request until I contacted MT Fair Housing and found legal guidance that supports the right to accommodation. Throughout that drama the office worker refused to consult the Roundhouse Management legal team or even her supervisor (it's a huge out of state investment and development corporation, they certainly have a legal team), had they done so it would've resolved quickly. It's way overpriced compared to similar or even better units in the same area; they don't even try to be competitive with pricing seemingly because lots of people live at Corso for the first year of coming to Missoula until they find something better. They nickel and dime you for everything, so many added on pet fees despite their advertising that they "love pets!", exorbitant fees for garages and covered parking, and charging you $25 for the use of a closet. Yes, a closet that is not included in the price of the apartment. Sigh. They also make you pay for your own carpet cleaning aside from taking it from your deposit. They also took $470 of my deposit for "cleaning fees" and did not reply to my requests for justification and invoices from their cleaning companies to prove the unit cost that much to clean. This is for normal wear and tear cleaning too, no messy kids/pets/parties. Amenities are decent but not well maintained. Gym equipment broken for months and months. Terrible landscaping maintenance, lots of weedy flower beds. Why even have flower beds if you're not going to pay landscapers? Basically, it's what you would expect from a soulless out-of-state property "management" company that's really nothing more than an investment shell to make the do-nothing executives richer. While many of my complaints center around the office workers, I'm sure underpaid and certainly undertrained. There also seems to be a lot of turnover both in the office and in the maintenance staff, more proof that Roundhouse management does not adequately care for it's employees. I cannot recommend moving here. While not outright slummy or scammy, we should expect more from our landlords. And holy cow, it's just so dang overpriced.
