  I really did enjoy my tour at the Silverbrook Apartments. Shawna was very professional and charming, which made the experience pleasant. Additionally, if you work in healthcare, they offer a few move-in fee waivers, which is a thoughtful and gracious perk. That said, upon closer inspection, the apartments themselves don’t feel very well-made. They seem like standard units with thin walls, and the construction feels a bit cheap. While the location—between Whitefish and Kalispell—is ideal, that’s probably the apartment’s strongest selling point. Overall, I appreciated Shawna’s professionalism and the healthcare move-in perk, but the apartments themselves left me a bit underwhelmed.

  Just made the incredible move from Michigan to Silverbrook apartments, where Shawna and Tracey truly made my transition nothing short of extraordinary. Both were remarkably supportive throughout the entire process. I moved in on a Sunday, a day the office is typically closed, yet they still ensured my apartment was ready and even went the extra mile to bring in my memory foam mattress on the very day it was delivered. The apartment itself is a stunning and impressively spacious for a one-bedroom. My dogs and I are absolutely thankfuk here, and the breathtaking view of the mountains is simply amazing! Thank you both for extending such a warm and inviting welcome home.

  Tracy and Shawna are light years ahead of the old management. I can’t express how much better these ladies are and how much they actually care, how genuine they are, and how kind their souls are. Which is completely opposite of the previous management. If you were abused by the previous management, come back to Silverbrook! You won’t regret it! Tracy and Shawna have been helping me with a personal matter in relation to my living arrangement and have gone over and above for me. The previous management said, “if you don’t like it, maybe multi-family housing isn’t for you.” Like I have a choice in that… Stark difference in how Silverbrook is NOW managed! We have amazing community events and open offices when we need stuff. Beautiful holiday decorations and more cozy living spaces in the clubhouse! It’s a warm loving environment that Tracy and Shawna have cultivated! We have lived here for almost two years now and we were going to move out because of previous management next spring. Now that we have gotten to know Tracy and Shawna, we are planning on making Silverbrook our long-term home! Maintenance is also top-shelf! Braden and the team are quick to respond and take care of things quicker than expected! They also show a level of care that makes this place great!

  We love living at Silverbrook! The management is very friendly and helpful. The facilities are always clean and is a great dog friendly neighborhood.

  I’ve had a great experience living at Silverbrook. The community is clean, quiet, and really well maintained. The staff is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with anything that comes up. My apartment is comfortable and modern, and the amenities make day-to-day life super convenient. I also appreciate how safe and welcoming the neighborhood feels. Overall, Silverbrook has been a wonderful place to call home—I highly recommend it!
