- JMJane McFarlaneJan 15, 20241.0I would give it a zero if possible. No rules are enforced. Management has tremendous turnover. No heat when it is below zero. Filthy. States no pets but the place is full of supposedly ESA, that pee and poop in the halls. Some residents have no respect for the property or their neighbors and management has lots of rules that are never enforced. Living there is hell. Nasty scolding notes are placed by management to enforce but nothing is done and the offending residents and their visitors know this. It is a disgrace. This property would have been better served by putting in high end condos. It is not a safe or healthy environment for elderly or disabled. Community garden is inaccessible to handicapped and full of weeds.
