  As a 20 year old first time homebuyer Nate was open and honest with me throughout the whole process. I didn’t know much about the buying process and he made everything easy and simple even though I was swamped with work. I’d recommend anyone to use Nate and I’ve already offered his contact to a few of my friends. Nate is truly a great guy and a professional.

  A good friend vouched for Nate and told me how great he is as a realtor. As a first time home buyer I was clueless and needed a realtor who could explain the ins and outs of buying a home and that is exactly what Nate did. He is very knowledgeable of the process and market and keeps a very versatile schedule so that when a new house came on the market we were always the first to see it. He would always reassure me that it’s always my decision on what we do however wasn’t scared to say his opinions and give his insight. It really showed me that Nate didn’t want for to just buy any okay house, he wanted me to find the right house that I wanted even if that meant the house searching and endless showings lasted months. Ultimately he was willing to find time in the late afternoons for months on end so that I could be happy and confident when we finally pulled the trigger on my house. It was a great experience working with Nate and I will be continuing to work with him in the future!
