  Have sent 3 emails over the past two weeks about applications here. Either get no response or “thanks for reaching out please respond with your questions” then when you respond it turns into no response. No wonder you have so many open apartments, you aren’t trying to fill them. Even sent times we were available for a meeting or tour (over 9 hours total within their business hours) and still nothing.

  We had a great experience at Sundance at Baxter Meadows! High recommend. Eva was so sweet and professional. I would rent from them again!!!

  Great apartment The transition to moving in and moving out was very easy. I had good neighbors and plenty of places to walk your dogs! The maintenance team was very responsive along with their management team

  I lived at Sundance for 2.5 years and really enjoyed it. The management staff and maintenance staff really are an amazing crew. They know your name - and your dog's name! - and are always happy to stop to chat and offer treats to your pup. The maintenance guys can perform miracles on garbage disposals and can retrieve earrings from the darkest depths of sink drains. I had a first floor, 2 bed/2 bath apartment with nice high ceilings and a view of the Bridgers. The only negative I can think of is that many residents ignore the leash rules and "walk" their dogs off-leash. It's not a great feeling when a confrontational dog (or multiple dogs) come racing up to you and your dog. Unfortunately, leash rules are difficult to enforce in a place like Bozeman. Definitely check out Outlaw Brewing less than a mile away for your beverage needs...it's my favorite of all the Bozeman breweries! I would, and have, recommended Sundance to friends and was glad to be able to spend time living there!
